• Registering: Registering will require a valid email - Emails not activated can be deleted by staff after 24 hours of registration. By using iexcuseme.com we believe that (a) Your information is truthful and accurate (b) That you are over the age of 13 and (c) your account/submissions will not violate any laws - especially thoughs of copy write.
• Login: Login and password are protected by hashes - it's users responsibility to insure passwords are not distributed.
• Content: Content will not contain any racism, profanities, sexism etc. Your account WILL be deleted when content is seen to have breached these rules.
• Activity: Iexcuseme does not accept any illegal activities on the website. Anything flagged as inappropriate will be deleted by staff and termination of account may occurs.
• Privacy: use of iexcuseme is governed by a privacy policy - located here. The TOS also requires you to achknowledge and accept the privacy policy.
• Liabilities: IN NO EVENT SHALL IEXCUSEME BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE IEXCUSEME SERVICES, EVEN IF IEXCUSEME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, IEXCUSEME'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO IEXCUSEME FOR THE IEXCUSEME SERVICES.
